• 1.2. The Gold, Platinum, and Black statuses are temporary. If you fail to meet both conditions during the qualifying period (the second month of your current status activity), at the beginning of a new month your status changes according to your activity during the past month.
• 1.3. Birthday bonuses and personal VIP Bonuses are subject to the following conditions, if not stated otherwise. If the player continues playing after wagering the bonus and receiving the maximum win, the further possible maximum win is no longer limited:
  • Silver. The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR/USD (50 NOK, 7.5 CAD, 400 RUB). The wagering requirement is x25. The maximum win after wagering the bonus is 500 EUR/USD (5,000 NOK, 750 CAD, 40,000 RUB).
  • Gold. The maximum bet while wagering is 10 EUR/USD (100 NOK, 15 CAD, 800 RUB). The wagering requirement is x15. The maximum win after wagering the bonus is 2,000 EUR/USD (20,000 NOK, 3,000 CAD, 160,000 RUB).

• 1.4. Verification assistance and priority service are provided to all VIP Club players with any status (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black). Starting from the Gold status and higher, you get access to VIP promotions, and a Personal Manager. Starting from the Platinum status, you get the option to increase your default withdrawal limits stated in the General Terms and Conditions, and can suspend your current status for 30 days by contacting your Personal Manager. Changing the limits for a player is done on an individual basis by agreement with a Personal Manager.
• 1.5. Slot Hunter Casino endeavours faster withdrawals for players with a VIP status. Withdrawal can be processed after successful account verification. You can find the information regarding verification in our General Terms and Conditions. However, the Casino can make withdrawals faster only as far as your preferred payment method allows it. Please note that the final withdrawal processing time depends on the payment method. The minimum withdrawal processing time by the Casino is:

The VIP Club cashback Terms and Conditions

• 2.1. VIP status affects both the Slot games cashback and Live cashback that you can get weekly. Slot games cashback is credited on Mondays (15:00 UTC — 18:00 UTC). Live cashback is credited on Fridays (15:00 - 18:00 UTC).
• 2.2. The Slot games cashback is credited for the real money losses in any Slots. The Live cashback is credited for the real money losses in any Live games and Table games.
• 2.3. Cashback is counted as the percentage of the amount according to this formula: bets - wins - issued bonuses - cancelled bonuses.
• 2.4. The weekly Slot games cashback is available if your minimal loss in Slots in the course of the past seven days is greater than 100 EUR/USD (1,000 NOK, 150 CAD, 8,000 RUB). The weekly Live cashback is available if your minimal loss in Live and Table games in the course of the past seven days is greater than 100 EUR/USD (1,000 NOK, 150 CAD, 8,000 RUB). Cashback is credited automatically in the form of bonus money.
• 2.5. The cashback should be activated in the Promo tab of the player’s profile. Activation duration – 7 days, bonus duration after being activated – 7 days.
• 2.6. If the player continues playing after wagering the bonus and receiving the maximum win, the further possible maximum win is no longer limited.

Changing of rules and membership status

• 3.1. The Casino reserves the right to expand or otherwise change the content of the VIP Club at any time, e.g. the conditions to achieve a certain VIP status and the associated benefits.
• 3.2. If you decide to close your casino account or set an Access Limit, or your account is closed by the Slot Hunter Casino team, you may lose your VIP status and all associated benefits.
• 3.3. The Casino reserves the right to terminate your VIP Club membership and to withdraw your current VIP status at its sole discretion.
• 3.4. The Casino will terminate your VIP Club membership if it is determined that you violate the VIP Club conditions, other bonus terms and conditions or the Casino terms and conditions, and/or if it is determined that your act is against the interests of the Casino. Such a violation will result in the withdrawal of your VIP status and all associated benefits. The Casino also reserves the right to retroactively withdraw any bonuses that are already awarded and close your player account, if necessary.
• 3.5. In addition, the Casino may suspend your VIP Club membership at any time, i.e. for a period of time or until further notice, if it is necessary to protect the Casino’s interests. During this time, your VIP status will be revoked, and all benefits will be suspended.
